Ibiza

Ibiza is often misunderstood. Yes, it’s legendary for nightlife, but beneath that reputation is an island with incredible food, beautiful beaches, thoughtful hotels, and a slower, more refined rhythm—if you know where to go. The best version of Ibiza balances long lunches, beach afternoons, cocktails at golden hour, and the occasional late night.

Where to Stay
Six Senses Ibiza is the most elevated hotel experience on the island. Wellness-forward but still chic, it feels grounded and serene without being sleepy. The setting is beautiful, the programming is thoughtful, and it’s ideal if you want a restorative stay that still feels special.
Soho House Ibiza is social, stylish, and perfectly positioned. It’s a great option if you want energy, design-forward spaces, and an easy transition from pool days to dinners and drinks.
Casa Maca is one of the most charming properties on the island—rustic, romantic, and set in the hills with sweeping views. It feels intimate and timeless, and the restaurant alone is worth the visit.
Experimental Ibiza is fun, relaxed, and well-located. It attracts a creative, stylish crowd and is especially good if cocktails and sunset moments are high on your list.
The Standard, Ibiza is modern, buzzy, and right in the heart of Ibiza Town. It’s ideal if you want to be close to nightlife, shopping, and dining, with a strong rooftop scene.

Coffee & Casual Spots
Passion Café is a staple—great for breakfast, smoothies, coffee, and something nourishing without feeling boring.
Chez Bibi is another easy favorite for a casual morning stop, especially if you’re nearby and want something simple and good.

Restaurants
Ibiza’s food scene is surprisingly strong, especially when it leans local and seasonal.
La Oliva is a classic in Ibiza Town—romantic, reliable, and perfect for an easy but atmospheric dinner in the old town.
Aubergine is one of the island’s best daytime spots. Set in the countryside, it’s ideal for a long lunch surrounded by gardens and greenery. Everything feels fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully done.
Amalur offers refined Basque-inspired cooking and is a great choice if you want something elevated without being stiff.
Finca La Plaza is intimate and charming, tucked away in a small village. It’s the kind of place where dinner stretches late and everything feels intentional.
Can Pujol is a must for seafood lovers. Very traditional, very local, and all about pristine fish done simply and well. This is not a flashy spot—it’s about substance.
Se Capella is dramatic and memorable, set in a former chapel. It’s a destination restaurant with a strong sense of place—perfect for a special night.
A Mi Manera is bohemian, relaxed, and social. It’s especially fun for groups and long dinners that turn into drinks.
La Paloma is an Ibiza institution—rustic, cozy, and consistently excellent. Go hungry and expect to linger.
Macao Café stands out for its overall omakase-style experience paired with cocktails and food. It’s a more curated, intimate dining experience and a great change of pace from traditional Mediterranean fare.
Beach ClubsIbiza’s beach clubs are an essential part of the experience, but the good ones feel relaxed rather than overproduced.
Jondal is a standout—effortlessly chic, excellent food, and a beautiful crowd. It’s refined without being pretentious.
Tropicana is more laid-back and nostalgic, perfect for a casual beach day with solid food and a relaxed atmosphere.
Cala Gracioneta is smaller and more intimate, tucked into a beautiful cove. It’s ideal if you want something low-key and scenic.
Cocktails & RooftopsRoom Service is a great cocktail stop—stylish, intimate, and well-executed drinks.
The rooftop at The Standard is a must for sunset. The energy is lively, the views are excellent, and it’s an easy place to transition from day to night.

Nightlife
Pacha remains iconic for a reason. It’s polished, fun, and consistently delivers a great night out. Even if you’re not planning to party hard, it’s worth experiencing at least once.

Ibiza is at its best when you resist the urge to overdo it. Pick a few great meals, commit to at least one beach day, have a sunset cocktail, and leave space for spontaneity. The magic of the island is in the balance.
