Although, Oktoberfest is on my list for the future. I have spent maybe two hours in Munich. I flew in to Munich before taking a train to Kitzbuhel for a ski weekend and decided to walk around. I took the tram from the airport to the city which was honestly long (maybe 40 min). When I got to my stop, I popped up and saw the Cathedral & old town hall. i was debating going to the Rosewood Munich since I love a Rosewood hotel and having lunch or a drink but ended up at such a fun spot, Nurnberger Bratwurst. It was traditional German food and everyone in there was dressed like a German gentlemen. I went at like 3 pm and it was packed. I looooved my food. I ordered the duck breakfast, and it was huge. It came with what i gathered was beets (they were very sweet) and roasted potatoes. I couldn't help but eat all of those! I then bopped into some shops, they have a MyTheresa! I wondered and inside the Ralph Lauren store they had a Ralphs coffee. I laughed that I was about to get coffee from an American spot- but boy do I love their coffee. I look forward to the next time I go to Munich!
