Evan and I went to Copenhagen for a quick weekend trip. We had our mind set on dining at some of the top resturants in the world. With the closure of Noma, our eyes were on the Alchemist and Geranium. We knew getting these reservations would not be easy. Many calendar reminders were sent and alarms were set. We managed to book Geranium but missed the reservation for Alchemist, so we joined the waiting list and sent an email. Luckily, we got in! (if you dont get in like us, I highly recommend joining the waiting list because they release more reservations).
